Sudbury Star – STRUCK

Sudbury native turns lightning strike into play.

When he was a kid, Eric Rose was struck by lightening while at camp in Sudbury.

Years later, he turned that experience into STRUCK, an electric solo-character play that Rose is bringing home to PlaySmelter 2018, Sudbury’s annual weeklong festival of new theatre work.

Now artistic director of Ghost River Theatre in Calgary, Rose will be back in his hometown for the first time in 15 years to explore his new piece.
